Fiber Technician Wanted at MW Group

We are looking for fiber technicians to join our growing team!

The work involves pulling, blowing, welding, measuring, troubleshooting, and commissioning fiber in property networks, where precision and professionalism are the focus. You will work in various types of properties and ensure that each installation is carried out with precision and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and termination of fiber in property networks.
• Welding, measuring, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
• Contact with customers, project managers, and other technicians.
• Ensure that installations meet high technical and visual standards.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with property networks.
• Knowledge and experience in fiber installation, welding, and measuring.
• Driver's license (B).
• Approved background check.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written).

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience from the defense industry or armed forces.
• Robust fiber.
• Experience with blown fiber.
• Experience with ribbon welding.
